Billing rules
- • 1 credit covers up to 30 seconds of an answered call. A 31–60 second message uses 2 credits per answered call.
- • Credits for a campaign are reserved when you send; unused credits are refunded automatically when it finishes.
- • Unanswered, busy and failed calls are not charged. Unanswered numbers are redialled up to 1 more time(s) at no extra charge.
- • Calls are placed between 08:00 – 20:00 (Lagos time) in line with NCC guidelines. Recordings are reviewed before first use (max 60 seconds).
- • Credits do not expire. All prices are in Naira.
