Infotek VoiceSMS processes personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, business name), payment records, the voice recordings you upload, and the phone numbers you send messages to together with call delivery results.

How we use it

To provide the service, bill you, produce delivery reports, prevent abuse and meet regulatory obligations. Recipient numbers are used only to deliver your messages and are never sold or used for our own marketing.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with our telecom carrier partners (to place calls) and Paystack (to process payments).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your profile; records we must keep by law are retained for the required period. Contact support@infotekps.com.
